The only Evil places I could think of are Mount Doom in Mordor and Sauron's Tower - Barad-dur - which is located in NW Mordor, close to Mount Doom. According to Wiki :)
Thank you for the new updates - the world is looking like a real labour of love and I think it definitely invites exploration :)
