No, no, I figured it would pretty much be my problem not the worlds, but because I don't have the stuff packs, I have nothing to compare it to, so thought that I would just post it here and you would let me know if it was my own issue.
I didn't notice anything odd about the diner yet, but if there is, again, its my game's problem and not yours, and I can easily fix things like that myself, if they are SP related.
Of course you should use whatever is available to you via all your games. It wasn't my intention to say you shouldn't / couldn't / wouldn't. As I said, because I'm lacking SP's, I have no way of knowing if something looks odd, whether it's me or not. I think now, unless I see something that's obviously a terrain or routing problem, I think I'll let those who have everything, troubleshoot any other problems.
