As you noticed perhaps, I didn´t post a few days. That´s because I had to work a lot in real life and wasn´t in the mood to play with the family.
And I´ve purchased Aurora Skies Gold and then stumbled across a fixed version of AS for seasons, where the snow has the right texture.
So I sat in front of the TV a lot while I was travelling* from Moonlight Falls to Aurora Skies, pick up all important Sims there (Haldir´s brother Hendrik and his family), moved them to a different town temporarily, installed the fixed AS version, had to rebuild the town a bit and then I travelled back to AS with this Sims. Now I´m playing them a bit, so my next update will be about a different branch of the Helmquist family!

*travelling lasts 20 to 25 minutes every time, so I could watch TV a lot ;)
