Yeah, I do think you have a handle on the issue, especially totally rebuilding, that way you are sure all items are updated. It just isn't fair to builders, but when I saw even EA's worlds bork when they decided to make the game add Ambitions lots, that is what made me think that perhaps you were getting a similar problem by combining old programmed rabbit holes and new Late Night stuff. Although I do not know if that was what made the Ambitions lots or at least the firestation do that, I have a suspicion, as EA did change a lot of Build programming with Ambitions to accommendate the world editor, and then they messed with it again for the new LN buildings. To me it was sort of like have mods that are not updated. From my understanding in the patch they simply updated all their carrer and rabbithole buildings. Unfortunately for people trying to use their own Ambitions lots they made for Ambitions in Late Night, their issues may still be there unless they rebuild them. I don't know this to be a fact though, but logic simply indicates this may be the issue.
