Could you dupe that building as either an additional club for MBC, and/or set one or two up as apt. bldgs. for additional housing? If you don't like the idea, or it's too difficult to implement, it certainly won't hurt my feelings.
I can build an empty one to use for whatever. That way it can be set up as either club or apartment. Put in the bin to be used over and over for whatever. :)
