I think having one of those buildings in the bin is a great idea. I don't know the ins and outs of doing an apt. bldg. but am sure if I got stuck that I know who I could ask
I do so want to keep things aesthetically pleasing. A unique environment deserves nothing less :)
I played again for a bit today. As I suspected, no continuity for the stutters. The first sims day and half of the next were totally free of them, then they returned at about 5:30 pm and went on almost all that night. I then changed households again and the day that I playied in the new household was stutter free. I just don't know what to think about what is causing them. The only consistency is that when they start they remain spaced 6-8 seconds apart.
On one of those days I sent my sim to fill the opportunity at the bookstore for the riddle thing, then had him go to the diner to eat. That gave me a fair amount of time to just sit and watch the area to see if could see any bottlenecks anywhere and there was nothing. A lot of sims came and went with no trouble whatsoever. I didn't see a single instance of a route fail bubble.
