I noticed in one of my worlds too that after moving around some lots with the hand tool, a couple of them shot the price down to 1,000 for the whole house! It was one of Ruthless's houses, so I can easily get another one, but I was wondering how the heck that happend.
And I also must say that since this second LN patch, Ive been having problems that I wasnt before. It does seem a lot laggier and Im getting way more error code 12s then I ever used to get. Its pretty awful. I go for hours playing and then I cant save my work. I have to reset the save file, and start over from my last save.
