Anyway, like I was saying - I am mouthy, aren't I?!! - most settlers wouldn't be able to afford a luxury like natural wood pannelling, floors, stairs, etc. So, maybe you might want to consider using metal finishes in your stairs, floors, etc. for your cheaper homes. Just a thought. And I do realize that these lots are currently in the "testing" phase, but I thought I would mention the "finish" thing now, while it was fresh in my feeble mind. Old-timers, don't you know!
And, thinking along those same lines, in my game I plan on restricting the dome homes to my super wealthy sims (like smugglers!) - or members of the government, military or scientific communities. Having the ability to have your own garden on a colony world like the moon, would, again cost a ton of cash, since plants would have to be flown in. Or you'd have to have access to established vegetation - which would probably be limited to the afore-mentioned 3 careers. Governments do love to impose their rules! So, I won't be letting my poorer simss - or those in the 3 fields I've mentioned, with less than a level 7, or maybe even an 8, in their field - move into a dome. I know, I'm ****-retentive! That's what happens when you come from a detail-oriented background!
Anyway, love your world so far. Will continue to play and if any problems occur, will tell you. I haven't made any changes to anything - just playing it the way you made it. BTW, love your steampunk lots. DO NOT change them!!!!
