Yep, the Ramen was good. Sometimes when I'm under the weather a simple meal like that is the best.
Sigh...such a beautiful world. I really love what you've done with it. This is the best iteration yet! I'm sorry you've had to work so hard to redo it but man, it's a feast for the eyes and just blows me away with the imagination that went into it.
I've had my sim running for just one of her sim days so far. No hiccups or stutters yet. She befriended a neighbor (she's in Steampunk and her neighbor is in a little dome near Steampunk).
I had the world set up initially and I decided my test sim the first time around annoyed me. Why, I have no idea, she just got on my nerves somehow--I think it's because she kept running to the tv, so that's why I'm only on Day One with this sim. But the other sim, the annoying one--I'd tried about 3 different households and when I got to her, for some reason she instantly shot up in the Stylist Career. I'd never had her employed nor did I select her for a career so I guess the game had made her a stylist and put her at a very high level and in the blink of an eye the game put up several promotion messages for her in rapid succession. I'd never had this happen to me before so it was interesting. I mention it in case it's a game oddity and not normal after all. Anyway I exited without saving and redid the town with a different set of sims all that I made myself. Just to be sure I didn't have any oddities as a result of something someone did for SOCL. (I had SOCL sims in the first test run).
She's having rotten luck with her date, lol, but other than that it's okay. I'll see if I can recreate the path WR took and check out the solar panels. I am not sure yet what I'll be doing next.
I have families with kids in the game but haven't tried testing those yet. I'm just getting started.
