To Be or Not To Be (populated) - That is the Question!
I soooooo can not decide! If it is Moon Base Charlie, will it auto populate? Or will I need to do all the populating?
And another question, when using a domed lot, will the dome come down if you do walls down? (Which would make the view for building/decor easier).
Edit: Meaning also the glass domes.
