Pary,
No, his first fine was $76 and a warning about being bad, and "you have 7 days to clean up your act. Blah, blah, blah." I wanted to see what they would do if he didn't behave, so I had him go around town, blowing up everything in sight. Then had him dig a few tunnels with the miner, and leave the wholes. Got the same stupid warning, and the fines started going up. But no real punishment, other than cash. I think part of the reason they grew so high is because the medical staff all had top-of-the-line cars in the lot, and the fines reflected that. It made a terrific boom when they exploded. An interesting note, his celebrity status grew, each time a "rumor" was published about him being seen blowing up the town. Fletcher never bothers to deny them - he just blows up more things!
Also had him blow up a drumset in the park - while the sim was still playing it. When I clicked on him to do it, I figured I'd get a refusal, but Fletcher just calmly placed his charges and then KaBaam! blew up the drumset. Poor Barbie Roberts (a middle-aged version of Mattels Barbie) survived the explosion, but was scorched. She just stood there crying while Fletcher picked up the debris. Poor Barbie! Life has not been good for her since she jilted Ken at the altar, for GI Joe. He, in turn, jilted her for Atomic Man, Mike Powers. Then she lost her job as spokesperson for Mattel - something about not being a good role model - and ended up going on an eating frenzy and packing on the pounds. Now she lives in one of the swamp shacks in Twinbrook. I may send her to the moon too. Haven't decided yet, but I felt sorry for her when she lost her drums. So much for her future in music!
When I read this, I was ROFL!!! This was hysterically funny! Poor Barbie. She was a close friend on mine in childhood and we spent many hours together.
