Lol! I have had that happen a lot. It's from EA.
The lot it is being place on may not be flat or the lot the house was built on may not be flat.
You see- I had placed and replaced the lots. Flattening them out to get rid of as many tiny seams as I could. This means you might not have the same lot that you took the house from. ... They don't match in levelness.
If you have another copy then try to flatten the lot before placing.
If it still does and you can not flatten the lot you built on ... you'll have to learn how to do the
Constrainfloorelevation false
code.
Let me go look for a link which talks about this
. I know there is one somewhere....
