What other requirements are there for the builds? Like, does it have to be set in a faerie-tale time, or can it be more modern? What are we aiming for?
And finally, I'm gonna claim a family! Do they have to be uploaded though? A lot of my cc sources don't want their things uploaded to the exchange and I generally don't upload stuff because its 99.9% cc and huuuge files.

Also, I'm gonna remake the cemetery (if more than one person can, that is.) If not, I'll take Titania's Bower Park.
I am pretty sure the reason they choose sunset valley is because it's the only world you actually get with the base game. Everything else is dlc, whether it's free like riverview, something you pay for like Midnight Hollow, or user created content. Since you're not actually uploading the world, I would say it's okay. The judges may want pictures
in situ though. I would say, build now, worry about transferring the lot later.
