A few questions about the next couple of challenges.
My computer really really can't handle playing in Sunset Valley (which is why all of my builds are in my own tiny worlds). Does everything absolutely -have- to be in Sunset Valley? I could transfer a lot from SV and plop it in my own world and build on it that way so it'd still be kinda the same.
I think that would work. Sometimes differences in elevations in where a lot was created and where it is placed can cause issues with the landscape of the lot (can look sunken or be raised high up), so you might try transferring a lot from Sunset Valley into your world and then back to Sunset Valley to see if things look okay before getting to far into a build.

What other requirements are there for the builds? Like, does it have to be set in a faerie-tale time, or can it be more modern? What are we aiming for?
That's where your creativity comes in! If you want to build a more modern interpretation - go for it. Just make sure it's appropriate for the assigned family or the theme of the community lot.

And finally, I'm gonna claim a family! Do they have to be uploaded though? A lot of my cc sources don't want their things uploaded to the exchange and I generally don't upload stuff because its 99.9% cc and huuuge files.
It does not have to be uploaded to the exchange, but it does need to be available for download in some way (Mediafire, etc.) The idea of the neighborhood is that community members can install all the lots and families and have a full Fairy Tale world to play in.

Also, I'm gonna remake the cemetery (if more than one person can, that is.) If not, I'll take Titania's Bower Park.
I put you down for Titania's Bower Park since Suzieqz420 already spoke for the cemetery :)
