***ANOTHER QUESTION***

The community lot I claimed is a rabbit hole; (15 Summer Hill Ct. JRA International Equestrian Center), what should I do in this case, just revamp the landscaping and grounds, or should I re-purpose the building, delete the shell and build a new building on the lot? Please advise, THANKS! :)
