A few months back I uploaded exotic tiles on the exchange.
I used photos from instagram of spanish craftsmen business. They created such a beautiful tiles, that I had to make patterns their photos. I was mesmerized. :grimace: Link to this instagram account is at the end of this post, and in description of every pattern.
There are a few styles of tiles. Some seems to be italian, other seems to be spanish, other arabic, etc. There are even modern and abstract too.
You can see some of it bellow. Links under every pic.
● yellow tiles ● blue tiles ●
This yellow-black sets are perfect for art deco interiors, especially for corridors.
● wall - top ● wall - bottom ● floor - middle ● floor - edge ●
● wall - top ● wall - bottom ● floor - middle ● floor - edge ●
● wall - top ● wall - bottom ● floor ●
Bellow some more italianish variants.
● wall ● floor - middle ● floor - edge ●
● wall - top & bottom ● wall -middle ● floor - middle ● floor - edge ●
● wall ● floor - middle ● floor - edge ●
And here it's mixed things.
● wall - top ● wall - bottom ● floor - middle ● floor - edge ●
● wall - top & bottom ● wall -middle ● floor - middle ● floor - edge ●
● wall - top & bottom ● wall -middle ● floor - middle ● floor - edge ●
Generally, I recommend to use not many variants together. It looks well if you combine simpler tiles with more ornamental. If you use very ornamental tiles on whole floor it's not gonna look well. The best effect is if you put ornamental tiles at the edge of simpler tiles or at the edge of swimming pool for example. You can use it also in kitchens, bathrooms, corridors, balconies, patios, art studios, churches, chapels, and much more.
Number 17 & 48 are the same. Oops. :open_mouth:
