Pleasantview Valley - Now with Save File [Exchange]
This world is a mix of the Sims 1 "neighbourhood" and Pleasantview from the Sims 2. It is an attempt at creating a Pleasantview which feels authentic but has detail and more fleshed-out surroundings.

Almost all Pleasantview lots are present in the world, as are many lots from the sims 1. They are all as authentic as possible to the original versions. There are of course a multitude of new lots too. Even without the notion of it being Pleasantview I think the world is useable as an "anywhere" suburb.

SPEC: I have aimed to make it to the best standards as possible, including spawners and all rabbit holes.
- It will need Riverview, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night and Pets to work. It may need Seasons, but this is unlikely (though I am not sure). Monte Vista is also required for one of the bridges (not essential).
- Some empty lots are included to accommodate extra expansion pack functionality.
- The iconic bridge is made of parts obtained from Moria at MTS. It is not essential for the world to work. If you do not want it then it will not appear. If you do want it then it can be downloaded from here: http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=432968

SAVE GAME: I have made an "authentic" save game file which includes all of the original Pleasantview families harvested from their sims 3 iterations (plus some extra families to fully populate the world). Just download the file from here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/at7h9qm3s9pup90/Welcome+to+Pleasantview.sims3.rar , unzip it and place the file in My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Saves
PERFORMANCE NOTES: The world is custard clean. The world has been playtested for countless sim weeks with no issues found. Needless to say, if any issues arise please don't hesitate to inform me.
