I'm so behind on commenting on the more recent builds, but here I am, as I've got them all downloaded and got to look at them in game.
SusanMarieD , Wow, you've managed to capture so many types of shops in Boat House Row, and it fits in so nicely in the beach area. I nearly missed all the stuff you had down in the basement, lol. And having a boat shop was a great choice. It definitely is a one stop place for shopping and activities. I like how you included sitting and dining areas in between all the fenced off areas in front. 😀
Minasawa, Sunrise Estate is a really nice modern home and you depicted it very well from your inspiration photo. Love the two outdoor deck spaces and the lovely landscaped yard with the fountain. And the water feature running all around the perimeter of the home is so pretty. Nice job! 😀
And I love the color of Blue Dream as it looks so inviting with the all the potted plants near the porch entrance. Amazing that your rooms look so spacious with such a small footprint and it will be a great place for a single sim or a couple. Great job! 😀
Hidehi2 , Love the name choice for Fais Do-Do and the history behind it; you did such a wonderful job on creating this high rise with the faux looking windows you created on all those other floors. So many cool spots and places to party for musicians, dancers and drinkers, lol. I especially love all the outdoor balcony areas you added to the ends of the building. What a great lot for the city district! 😀
cindylou2662 , Sleepin Single is a really cute mobile home...cozy inside and kind of reminds me of the ones my in-laws used to live in many years ago, lol. Clever how you made the faux hitch out front and the texture you used for the skirting. Cute that you included the flamingos in front too. Another reminder of my mother-in-law because she loved collecting all her yard ornaments.
Wow you really were fast on this build. Lafitte Training Center is such an awesome equestrian center! Cool entrance and I love how you made the viewing areas and included the goggles, lol....and the area with the horse statue and trophies was a cool idea too. Great that it also has the stable barn and I absolutely love how you made the fake barn doors with the windows in it and the horse bridles, etc. Great job! 😀
