If you can't see the seasonal lot marker ball after entering buydebug, go to *build* and then to *buy*. After doing this at least once the ball will show up again. I have found that if I am build mode after entering buydebug I can't see the ball until I go to buy. And if I am in Buy I can't see it until I go into Build.
