Special note: Created for @anettesb, for her Hidden Springs rebuild - wish list 9) the ecofriendly artist collective and 25) the old lighthouse. Thanks to her for input throughout this build, I am quite pleased with the final result.
Description: Realistic lighthouse converted to a home for a large family. Sims can live off the lot with cows, chickens, bees, 1 fish spawner and garden with most of the BuyDebug plants and trees included. I've also left some 'perfect' seeds in the garden for optional future planting. Inside the main structure is fairly simple... open concept living, dining, eating on the main floor plus laundry and powder room. Second floor contains 3 bedrooms, nursery and small play area. The attached lighthouse tower contains 2 small bathrooms, TV/reading room, basic gym, designer work room and access to the top of the tower where Sims can paint. Various artist and crafting activities are placed throughout the lot.
