And now a new lot. This one was a quickie build for the Power of Three Challenge in which you built using a specific floor plan then needed to design the interior layout using 1 primary and 2 accent colours (wood, stone, etc were freebies).
It's more expensive than a starter so I think perfect for sims looking to downsize after retirement but also big enough for a growing family since there are 2 bedrooms. Hope you like it.

First thing you see through the door is the livingroom...
Slightly to the right are the doors to the bedrooms and bathroom...
Further to the right leads to the dining and kitchen areas...
Walk out from the galley kitchen to the cosy backyard with enough room for outdoor eating and a small fruit and veggie garden...
