Soocoolsim's Showcase ⚜️

Another traditional home from me. This one is created as a DNA Team request by @lovinglyawesome . This build would be great for a 100 baby challenge or anyone looking for a home with lots of room. The main floor has a large foyer which leads into the open concept dining/kitchen area with beautiful views and walkout to the backyard. Also on this level is an old-fashioned grandparents suite, modern master suite, library/study, art nook, 2-car garage and easy access living room. The master bedroom includes a walkout to the pool and the grandparents suite includes a private patio with rocking chairs.

The second floor contains a kiddie play area, large nursery and home theatre. Also on this level are the girls and boys bedrooms. The bedrooms on this floor each accommodate 6 sims. The basement includes a teen hangout, gym and the teen boy and girl bedrooms - each of which is also designed for 6 sims. The backyard includes a colourful pool and bar-b-que area, music gazebo and a lovely family graveyard.
