TUTORIAL :: Adding basements to existing houses with foundation :: No demolishing necessary!

STEP 1: Spartan wants a basement, this looks like a good spot! Unfortunately the house is already built and furnished, but that can be easily fixed. No need to demolish whole parts of the house ...

I've been in the position of having to demolish whole sections of a build over many levels and thought there has to be an easier way. It's not a nice experience. When I made the mistake of deleting foundation with CFE on one day and noticed it popped to wall height I tried putting stairs through it and it worked. Hooray!
