TUTORIAL :: Adding basements to existing houses with foundation :: No demolishing necessary!

STEP 1: Spartan wants a basement, this looks like a good spot! Unfortunately the house is already built and furnished, but that can be easily fixed. No need to demolish whole parts of the house ...

Spartan this is a great tutorial! I found it when I was lurking a friend's thread and he referenced it.

Is this one of the tutorials in the sticky of building tutorials that is at the start of Creative Corner? If not, it surely should be. Excellent job and thank you very much!
