Excellent, I wasn't expecting anyone to reply. In terms of price, most of the houses I have of the same size are between $70,000 and $90,000, but if you go outside the range, I really do not care. I have all expansion and stuff packs except Master Suite, High-end Loft, and Showtime (did it even come out?). Please do not use third party items or store items (I tend not to use even the free items, but I will not be sore if you use them yourself).
