Okay, the laundromat is uploaded. I did not put it in the building with the stairs to downstairs. It is in the other building. I tested it with a test sim and there seemed to be no routing problems. If these aren't what you want you don't have to use them.
I tried to keep in theme...and used the same colors as the outside of the building again. I checked it with custard and it seems clean.

Edit: Since these are showing on my page it looks like I designed them...so after you get it I will take them down. I don't want credit for something I didn't build. I didn't even go into the basement of the laundromat, so it will be a surprise when you are done. I will keep a backup of the laundromat and art gallery, so they can be uploaded again if necessary.
