So finally got around to playing your world again. I'm on a fresh game and I already have an unroutable Sim. I wonder if it has anything to do with the Seasons patch? I don't really think it's my mods because I don't have anything in there that would conflict with my Twallan mods (I don't think so anyway). My Twallan mods are up to date and so are my other mods. I'm going to try playing with just Overwatch (or it might be Mastercontroller, forget which gives me the notification for stuck sims) and see if it still does it.
Edit: By the way, this is happening in my EA worlds and other custom worlds. It's not just yours :)
