You might want to check out your map tags in CAW if you haven't already. The address under lot properties must match the lot title exactly. The other thing to watch is when placing community lots is to pick the correct lot type. If you are unsure it is best to pick visitors allowed or visitor not allowed in the case of rabbitholes. All this can be edited in CAW at a later date.
It could be due to the fact that emorill does not have the supernatural pack. But I will take a look at them again. I have a few things to fix that really need fixing. I will make sure moonlight valley is done or near done before working on cutler county ^^ I am glad the dive lots work though.
Not sure where I will start with cutler county yet or what I will start with it
