The Monica The Monica is a house for the waterfront, but it could be used anywhere. It's on a 30x20 lot. NO CC! Play tested!
This is a four bedroom home. It has an open kitchen/dining/living room and a back porch with a grill, table, and chairs to watch the boats go by. It also comes with a sailboat so the residents can enjoy being on the water as well as living next to it. There are full beds in two of the bedrooms, a bunk bed in the third, and a crib for a baby in the last bedroom.
