I present to you the Top Tier!

The Top Tier – A CC Free Wedding Venue!

It is a multi-level Wedding Venue that has and indoor and outdoor wedding arch, you know in case the weather is bad on the big day your sims won't freeze or get soaked while exchanging vows. It has bathrooms on the first floor and on the reception floor. The reception hall had a bar complete with a bartender, a dance floor and seating for 20 sims. There is a small brides waiting room as well as one for the groom. Or one for each groom or one for each bride as all sim couples are allowed at the Top Tier. It truly is a unique experience as the Venue is built in the shape of a wedding cake! :shock: :mrgreen:

Situated on a 35X25 lot it is small enough to fit into any town but versatile enough to be placed on larger lots permitting a new franchise owner the ability to expand the outside should they choose. :-o :D
