The Ash Wood – NO CC- Exchange link: http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=7538148

It is a three bedroom home, but I tucked a children’s bunk room in the attic playroom for fun and extra sleeping. It is a formal Victorian home, but homey as well. There are ponds, fountains and beautiful gardens, and a barn and pasture for a privileged horse. And shhh… don’t tell, but there is a hidden magic and alchemy room.
A close-up of the front facade:

A gazebo is attached to the front porch on its own little island.

Here you’ll find the Fairy garden and Mermaid fountain with Koi pond.

The back of the home:

A sweet little barn:

The swimming pool focal point:

The arched bridge leads to the Fairy garden and Koi Pond.

The formal living room:

The dining room:

The music room portion of the library:

The library and study:

A little tea time nook:

The kitchen:

The breakfast nook:

Upstairs there is a family room that overlooks the living room:

The bedrooms of The Ash Wood
A guest room:

The nursery fit for a princess or two! She has her own little play stage:

It is also ready for her as she grows, or for two small girls to share:

The master bedroom with a book nook:

The bed area:

The master bathroom:

Up the spiral stairway in the family room is a playroom for children:

Tucked under the eaves is a little sleeping nook for children:

And the hidden magic and alchemy room – there is a lot of space here to add the magic items from the store if you own them: The fireplace and Cauldron and crystal ball:

The rear of the magic room with alchemy table, ingredient table and potion display:

The Ash Wood:

Hope you enjoy this pretty Victorian home!
