The Lexington
Click on the lot name above to go to the link in My Studio.
Checked with Custard, No CC. Play tested. This Colonial Revival home has a living room, sunroom, bathroom, dining room, kitchen, and a "dining porch" (in the wing opposite the sunroom) on the main floor. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, one of which is the Master, one is furnished as a nursery, and the two others are children's bedrooms.
The Lexington is based on a plan from the 1923 Sears Catalog of Kit Homes; it was made for aminovas' King's Point custom world, inspired by The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald.
