All Buckley did was enable those outfits to be used by pregnant sims.
They are still available and can still be worn by non-pregnant sims as usual. They have to be default replacements because she added the belly morph to each outfit otherwise your pregnant sim wouldn't look pregnant when wearing them. Apart from that they're exactly the same as normal.
