Are your sims Practically Perfect or Fatally Flawed?

I mostly play what I consider good traits, although traits that may be considered bad I consider good in certain situations. So I guess really I always pick good traits. There are so many traits I want my sims to have, depending on what I want them to do in the game, that there is no room for useless ones. For example kleptomaniac was a good trait for my thief, but I don't usually pick it for my non-thieves.
