If I can get a laptop that will run it well for my budget then I’d prefer a laptop for the sake of convenience. If that’s not possible, I’d rather get a desktop that runs it well than have to suffer a laptop that runs poorly.

Preference would be good system for less money, but that depends on how big a difference a bit more money would make!
