- You might need to go clear out Internet Explorer even if you don't use it since EA uses IE resources according to @igazor. So try that to see if it helps any.

Edit to say that I'm not having any issues trying to log in there. So try doing what I just posted to see if that helps any... :) - Thank you, everyone. Lisasc360, I did as you said, and it works now! So thanks very much. :)
- I just recenlty (last week) had to go through it to re-download my items from the store and it went okay, sorry you are having issues. I hope it works out for you.

Same. I'm at a loss. Cleared all data from installed browsers and even trie logging in on my phone. Nothing it working and it's getting to be a bit frustrating to say the least. - iAMcianeSeasoned NewcomerClearing the browsers isn't usually enough. I have to choose the reset option and check the box to delete all personal preferences. This last time I had to choose "forgot my password" even though I hadn't and get the email to change my password, which I reset to the same old one. That did the trick for me to use the launcher.
