I have the bohemian garden set and I'm on 1.69 patch as well, my grocery store is selling the fruits and nust from the set just fine.
I read your other thread, I do believe it could have been the ccmerged file, in the past I used to have problems with the cake from Monte Vista being invisible (the single servings) didn't matter if I reinstalled the world so I used to install Nona's file on my overrides folder to fix it, right now I don't have it though, I need to check if my wedding cake works.
