Game Crashing after 5 minutes of gameplay (real time) - screen frozen, clock stopped, sims frozen...

Have to go to CTRL-ALT-DEL to Task Manager and shut process down...and this is happening quite often now. I'm figuring that the R5 Integrated Chip is on its way out. EPs (only EP that I don't have ...

You're in the right place generally, but you need to reveal a column that shows Memory (RAM) measured in MBs or GBs, not percentages. Or somehow change the one you have outlined in red to do so. I'm not near a PC that is running higher than Win 7 right now, but the option has to be there someplace. Perhaps under the View pull-down menu?


Edit: Try Right-clicking the Memory column and look for Resource Values. Can you from there change the column from percentages to full values?
