Game Crashing after 5 minutes of gameplay (real time) - screen frozen, clock stopped, sims frozen...

Have to go to CTRL-ALT-DEL to Task Manager and shut process down...and this is happening quite often now. I'm figuring that the R5 Integrated Chip is on its way out. EPs (only EP that I don't have ...

I noticed this thread and oops excuse me, I've got a bit of a headache now, but I have an image showing where to look at RAM. I'm not sure if this is part of discussion even but here ya go. I use this image to show folks how to watch how their RAM use changes at bootup, idling and gaming. The limits mentioned in the red box are specific to TS3 "danger zone".
