Have a question about the frame rate at the sims 3

Hello, I heard many times it's not good to have higher frame rate than 60 frame rates at the sims 3 and I actually don't know why it's not good and what happens if I have 120 frame rates while playing...

Sorry I dropped by here just now and I understood your point now.:) It was the best example that anyway my sim will burnt his waffles and get late at work on any monitors. LOL I learned the new thing 144 Hz monitor is helping more for first person shooter games. I appreciate your all replies. Thanks again. :)
