Have you recently tried to play in Isla Paradiso on Windows?

I experienced a miracle. Lagging has almost gone! I didn't move any families out of the houseboats. I didn't do anything. I just opened Isla Paradiso as a new game and activated Prince family, Rubisel Itchtaca lives in the luxury houseboat. I'm playing the sims 3 on Windows 10, Bootcamp, I mac 21.5 inch released in 2017.

It's actually evening time but no lagging. It's amazing. I recommend you guys to try once! :D

    Its only the Isla Paradiso world that is the problem, not the expansion itself. You can use the items in other worlds just fine. If you like boats and beaches, its a nice expansion.

    Okay thanks. I will look for different world too for it when I eventually install it. I do love the island lifestyle.
