If you have NRAAS Cupcake mod in your game without having the bakery set installed it will crash your game during loading every time. Solution is to either remove Cupcake mod or install the bakery set.
Just thought of another one. There are a few mods that have extensions, For example, Master Controller and Master Controller Cheats. You'll need to check the NRAAS site for a full list. In my example, if you had Master Controller Cheats in your mods folder without the base mod, Master Controller, also being in the mods folder your game will crash.
