The problem with socializing with Role Sims, if they keep their roles after such a transition, is the redonkulous hours they have to work. A coffee barista works 5am - 1am, 7 days a week, and some of the cash register attendants and mixologists don't fare much better. I think the megacorps like Simbucks Coffee need to be brought to task for this.
Just kidding, of course such sims are provided by the game solely for the amusement and convenience of the ones you actually play and EA never really intended for us to mess around with them as some of us like to do. :)
