@Odonata68 It is a special Showtime Expansion outfit from Simporting.Part of the urban set has a graffiti wall backdrop,a stack of newspapers,a bus stop bench,a giant can of spray paint,a street light with sign.
The sim is a pretty premade I put in a ITF hair,she is from Lunar Lakes.Wiki Below...

I use her and Martin in my towns from time to time most recently ran into her at the festival in my Lucky Palms.She is in the science career which is why she has on that outfit,her default outfit is cute.
