I was trying to help someone in EA answers HQ, and I can't figure it out

Are my settings wrong? They are set at default. I tried to reply (I was lurking) and I had to sign in, but couldn't figure out how to reply, it just brought up a bunch of paperclips? I ended up "messa...

My email account shows a check mark next to it, it has been verified. I am on mac, but use a regular mouse and keyboard, so its difficult to figure out the money cheats now, my poor sim :D

I tend to keep things private on my mac anyway. It is probably a setting on my mac as I reset the settings to default on the EA HQ site the other day, and checked it today.

Thank you so much for your advice and help though. Maybe I will figure it out one day.
