Is the exchange safe? What about The Sims Resource? What are some good cc sites?

So I heard that the Sims 3 exchange is the worst place to download from. But I really like the clothes,hair,etc.I don't download lots or Sims, because that is bad and i know that. But how bout the clo...

No, but it does have male lower body everyday wear that's explicitly naked with a full blown....well, lets not go there. :shock:
