Is the exchange safe? What about The Sims Resource? What are some good cc sites?

So I heard that the Sims 3 exchange is the worst place to download from. But I really like the clothes,hair,etc.I don't download lots or Sims, because that is bad and i know that. But how bout the clo...

Thanks for all the help guys! I hope this helped other people too. Because it sure helped me! Well I think tsr is safe.Because there isn't anything wrong in the downloads. Well according to my anti-virus. Hehe.
