Is there any randomizing loading screen mod for the sims 3?

Hi, I've been tired of ITF loading screen all the time and I found the good mod, choosing loading screen. But I want the random loading screen instead of choosing one manually. I feel a bit uncomforta...

By the way, is there a mod that sims are able to go home together with family members or their friends? I know just clicking the floor at home lot, and go here with..but I'd love to see this menu on house icon on map view. So i can see 'go home' and 'go home with' on green house icon.
