I'd be torn between Riverview and Appaloosa Plains due to both having great lanscape.
I often have farms in Riverview because of the greater lots.

Farming in Lucky Palms sounds interesting. The soil is dry, maybe he could invest in some seeds from Egypt. There are a couple of nice-sized lots, you could give it a try as well.
