I had a lot of fun playing as a farmer/nectar maker in Monte Vista. It's a beautiful world with a great rustic vibe. It felt so peaceful. There are several big lots with plenty of space.
My runner up would be Appaloosa Plains. I've played as a farmer/rancher there and had a ton of fun. Like Monte Vista, it really lends itself to a rural lifestyle, just in a "New World" way vs an "Old World" one.
